Our JUMBO grade peanuts are 32/36 count per ounce. Mandatory and optional testing is performed by USDA and J. Leek Associates jlaglobal.com. Federal State Inspection Service (FSIS), which is regulated by USDA, grades each lot of shelled peanuts at our shelling plant. A Grade Certificate and Aflatoxin Certificate is provided with each load showing its compliance to the Grade Standards set by the governing associations. A variety of other optional tests can be performed by each customer’s request.

Our Wildlife grade peanuts are a NON-EDIBLE grade, intended for use as a wildlife food product.  Wildlife grade peanuts are not intended for human consumption.  Like our edible grades, this grade of peanuts is also tested by both the Federal State Inspection Service and JLA.  A grade certificate and an aflatoxin certificate is provided with each load.
