Terry L. Shamblin

Terry has served as the President & CEO of the Company since January 2003. From November 1998 to December 2002, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Costal Cold Storage, Inc. and Coastal Cold Storage – Albany. Prior to that, beginning in 1979, he held various positions with Seminole Peanut Company, first as a stand-alone company and later as a division of Cargill, Inc., including Seed Manager and Assistant FS Acquisition Manager from 1996 to 1998, General Manager – Donalsonville Location from 1992 to 1996, and Farmer Stock and Personnel Manager from 1988 to 1992.

Terry has in the past served as the Chairman of the Safety, Food Sanitation and FDA Regulations Committee of the Southeastern Peanut Association and Chairman of the Variety and Seed Development Committee of both the Southeastern Peanut Association and the American Peanut Shellers Association. Since 1992, he has served as a Director of Commercial State Bank, and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Loan Committee.

F. Ward Trulock CPA

Ward has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company since December 2006. Prior to his employment with the Company he maintained a Certified Public Accounting practice under the name of F. Ward Trulock P.C., and served as CFO of Agricultural Services and Investments, Inc, CFO of Donalsonville Hospital, Inc. and a partner in the CPA firm of Burke Bruner and Company. Mr. Trulock graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

Mitchell Burke

Mitchell has served as Chief Operations Officer of the Company since August 2003 and prior to that served as Operations Manager of the Company since February 2003. From May 2001 until July 2002, he served as Donalsonville Location Manager for Golden Peanut Company. Prior to that beginning in 1985, he held various positions with Seminole Peanut Company, first as a stand-alone company, then as a division of Cargill, Inc., including Seed Sales Manager from 1998 to 2001, Farmerstock Acquisitions from 1992 to 1998, Buying Point Manager from 1989 to 1992, Quality Control from 1987 to 1989, and Plant Supervisor from 1985 to 1987.

Mitchell serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Crop Improvement Association, the Board of Directors for the National Peanut Buying Points Association, and the Georgia Seed Advisory Committee. Mitchell and his wife Samantha love to travel, the beach, and fishing.

Scott Miller

Scott has served as Quality Assurance Manager/Chief Quality Officer since July 2009. He served four years in the United States Air Force, and one year in the Army National Guard. He worked for Amoco Fabrics and Fibers Company, which later became American Fibers and Yarns for 22 years, holding various positions including Production Control Manager, Plant Manager, and Corporate Director of Quality and Scheduling. Scott served as County Commissioner for Seminole County from 2005-2012.

Scott earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from Troy State University in 1990 and a Masters of Business Administration from Valdosta State University in 2011. He is currently a board member of Peanut Proud and the Donalsonville/Seminole County Industrial Development Authority.
